You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service or harm the website, its servers or other users.
Information you submit through the contact form must be accurate and your own.

03Intellectual property

All content on the website — including text, images, videos, logos, product names, screenshots and software — belongs to OBSOLIX FZ-LLC or its licensors. It may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission. Press-kit materials may be used for news and editorial coverage of Obsolix.

Information on the website is provided for general purposes. Product features, scope and service levels are defined in the customer agreement. We aim to keep information accurate and current, but may change it without notice.

The website may link to third-party sites and services (for example news sources or maps). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

The website is provided “as is” and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

09Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you in your country of residence are not affected.
